Unifrom Auto Bricks

Metrocem Auto Bricks produces uniform brick in size & weight. Since Bricks are made of Automatic Extruder Machine, brick cakes are prepared proportionately and cut it into equal size. There is no chance to be in different size, shape and weight. Convectional bricks are making through hand pressure with a wooden frame for keeping equal size and shape. Whereas Metrocem Bricks produced by ultra-modern technology through equal proportionate mixing of raw mud powder, silica & additives. Then water is added to this mixture apply a hydraulic pressure (approximately 200 ton). After that a compact, uniform raw brick cake is coming up for cutting with an automatic cutter which ensures shape of bricks are correct and artistic.
