Metrocem Auto Bricks is producing high-quality bricks manufactured by modern automatic machine. From the very beginning of the manufacturing process through the crusher, automatic cutting, drying cell, and special burner installation ensure whole the year successive production of best quality bricks as per customer demand. Instead of using tire, low quality coal Metrocem uses dual fuel technology. The kiln design and firing technique enables us to keep the temperature constant throughout the burning process which ensures bricks are uniformly fired to perfection, preventing cracks, color variations, deformity, shrinkages etc. Unlike traditional bricks manufacturing Metrocem bricks are not sun-dried, but dried in a drying chamber where temperature, air flow, and drying time are carefully regulated.
