Where whole the world is aware of deforestation and environment pollution, and in most of the brickfields in Bangladesh are polluting environment through usage of wood, tire, low-quality coal, etc. On the other hand, Metrocem Auto Bricks uses Hoffman Kiln Firing (HKF) technology for bricks firing which restricts extracting of Carbon-Di-Oxide (CO2), toxic filth, and black smoke in the air. Rather this process reuses heat produced from the kiln for raw bricks drying through a hot air channel. As a result, carbon emission can be maintained to a minimal level. Besides, HHK is such an advanced technology which can fire bricks 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unlike traditional fixed chimney kiln.
